  • Please courier the return parcel to the address below within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • You will have to courier the parcel on your own.

  • Once the parcel reaches us, our team will call you the next day to process your refund

  • We do not offer reverse pick-up service for any of the return
  • Please note: Once we receive the returned product at our facility, it will take us upto 2 business days to process and initiate a refund. We will issue a refund on given Account number/ Scanner
  • In case of returns, the product must be shipped back to us by the customer. Return shipping/courier charges will be borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
  • “A parcel opening video is mandatory for any claims regarding damage, missing, or incorrect items.”

  • We don't have any exchange policy
  • Items purchased from us are not eligible for exchange
  • In case of defective or incorrect products it is mandatory to upload relevant images.
  • It may take 24-48 hours for your request to be approved/ rejected.
  • All items to be return must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. (Of course, in case you receive products in a damaged condition, we might request you to click a picture and share them with us for review.)
  • Kriss n Kross offer a refund on returns of the online orders from our website. The total value of the returned products will be refunded to you in your bank account or scanner
  • We do not offer your return on discounted products (on sale and otherwise), if you have an issue with a product you bought during sale

    HOW TO HAND OVER AN RETURN PARCEL :

  • All return items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.
  • Garments and Fabrics which don’t allow tagging can be return without the tags.
  • Please make sure that the return items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
