I placed an order for kids' apparel on 17 February 2026 from KrissnKross and was promised delivery by 21/02/2026. Unfortunately, I have still not received my order.
As per the tracking update on 21/02/2026, the status showed “consignee unavailable”, but no delivery attempt was actually made — no call, no message, and no visit. Since then, the tracking has not been updated at all.
I have sent emails and also followed up on WhatsApp, but there has been no response or any helpful resolution from the customer support team.
This order was meant as a gift for a special occasion, but the occasion has already passed. I now only hope the item arrives before the child outgrows the size.
Very disappointed with the delivery service and lack of customer support. I would appreciate immediate action or a clear update on my order status.
